Bolted truck bodies (BTB)

This innovative Bolted Truck Body (BTB) introduced by NEWSTEEL Group Global is truly a game changer, and cost saver through and through.

Grade ASTM A 354- BD

The bolts are Grade ASTM A 354- BD Q & T bolts, M 30 x 3.5 x 180mm, and 400 off will be supplied with the tubes, and Nord-Lock friction washers, and nuts. These are typically used on the Komatsu 930 E and CAT 793 trays.

Advantades of the BTB

Bolting system is engineered to handle all the demands required for mining applications. Bolt once and never again, unlike other conventional trays in the market, that needs be removed, gouged or cut, and then welded again.

Aftermarket spare partsĀ 

A Unique maintenance program will be supplied to the each client on delivery of the required number of trays, based on the density and digging conditions of theĀ  material loaded and transported.
